The Urban Griller Catering operation can offer a range of different catering options but specialises in outdoor "party" style cooking, we encourage the host and hostess to become involved in the cooking process if they want to, or we can supply a complete "on plate" service.
The nature of the outdoor cooking idea allows for a considerable amount of flexibility in the kind of foods that are offered and the locations in which we can operate. When thinking about outdoor cooking you should not restrict yourself to what is commonly understood as barbecue. Urban Griller has provided all kinds of outdoor produced meals from the classic "pig on a spit" to a Chinese noodle box stir-fry dinner for 100 guests and more recently a halal Australian backyard barbecue for an International Conference.
Urban Griller believes that the cooking process is part of the entertainment and encourages people to participate or ask questions about the food that is being prepared.
Some people like to combine their event with an informal cooking class, others like to get their guests involved in the fun by getting them to make their own pizzas or souvlaki!
