This unique BBQ smoker is designed to smoke, roast, spit-roast or grill anything from meat, poultry, pork and fish to pizza and vegetables.  Each BBQ is individually handmade in Melbourne, using all new steel.  The main cooking chamber consists of 2 sliding mesh shelves which can be used for smoking, roasting or grilling, and the smoker box has one sliding shelf for smoking and grilling.  The Texas BBQ Smoker is made from 3 mm solid plate (completely welded) and finished with stove bright heat proof paint.

Other features include:

    * Stainless steel cool touch spring handles
    * 2 smoke stacks with controllable top caps
    * Temperature gauges on both chamber lids (Fahrenheit)
    * Fitted Rotisserie(optional)
    * Hinged preparation shelf
    * Counter balance on main chamber lid
    * Lockable castor wheels
    * Hardwood bottom shelf for storage

     Custom smokers can be made to suit the customers requirements
